This is just a mail to say that my 1st experience of having a tattoo(at the age of 39!) could not have gone any better!

From the first moment when I entered your shop (recommended to me by a friend) and spoke with you Rik, all my concerns were put aside by your advice , knowledge, and total reassurance.
It was then I decided I would actually have all 4 tattoos completed by Sharon.

Sharon’s personality is fantastic, and as I sat down in the chair, she made me feel very relaxed and then her expertise shines through with the designs she completed on my back and arm.
The artwork of my baby surrounded by angel wings is fantastic, even down to the eyelashes Sharon was able to complete, and all the wording in my selected fonts is superb!!

Many thanks for ensuring my first (and may not be my last) experience of having a tattoo (or 4) was an enjoyable one courtesy of you both!!

Hey there! I just wanted to say a hello from the USA! I got the wonderful teacup and saucer while I was visiting friends. I wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten to send you photos of the healed piece things have been hectic and my camera is not being really cooperative with the computer. I also broke a bone in my foot shortly after returning home and that has been a chore. I didn't feel right leaving you hanging, wanted to let you know it healed fabulously and I am in love with it. My mom and dad don't approve however they both had a chuckle over it and thought it probably was a good reminder of my British family. I thank you so much for working me into your scedule and doing such great work! You are both wonderful and I cannot wait to get some more work done next time I am over there. Take care and give that puppy some kisses for me! I will send pics in the next week or so.

Just wanted to say thanks again for the fairy tattoo which is amazing I absolutely love it!!! And Chelsea's name on my foot is beautiful. My other tattoos have been quite painful but having them done by you was such an enjoyable experience. You were really gentle the atmosphere is fab and the company brill.
Gaz is so jealous he is even thinking of having a fairy too and as you know he doesn't need much of an excuse!!!

If anyone is even remotely thinking of having a tattoo I would strongly recommend they go to you if they don't then quite frankly they are crazy!!!

I came to Fire and Ice for my fourth tattoo after getting three whilst at university. I have never had more compliments about a tattoo than i have about the latest one on my foot! Yes it hurt, but i'm a wuss and even I could cope! Just brought a friend in for her first and now i've got my fifth! Joanna from Astley.

After deciding on a tattoo design after wanting one for 3 years i knew that it was best to shop around and see which studio made me feel welcome as i was quite nervous due to being uncomfortable with injections etc.
Upon entering FireandIce i was welcomed, given a great price for the tattoo i wanted and made to feel comfortable right away which got me making an appointment there and then!
To anyone who is getting their first tattoo i cannot suggest a better place!, it actually feels like your just sat with friends rather than feeling overwhelmed as i did at other studios and the whole thing went great after finding out just how much it doesnt hurt.
Thanks to Shazz and everyone involved at Fire and Ice, should be back in a few months hehe...

Hi,

Just wanted to give some feedback, I completed my 3/4 bio-mechanics sleeve today after hours in the chair and it is absolutley amazing! Both Shazz and Rick took time to discuss the tattoo with me and the different options. They made me feel at ease and this then made me trust Shazz 100% to free hand the intricate design. Always friendly, great brew and great banter but most of all the art work is 2nd to none. Top people, top shop and even better tattoos!!
I'll defo be back for more!!
